Our focus group partner, Advanced Strategy Lab, has developed a proprietary, web-based platform for qualitative research and creative input from all levels and kinds of stakeholders. Led by a skilled moderator, this innovative approach allows for robust online discussion that is both simultaneous and anonymous. Participants can see and hear the moderator and see others’ input while following a guided series of questions via the online portal.
